The Nissan GT-R still hasn’t gone on sale in Europe and it's already been treated to a few tweaks - new for 2009 will be more power, revised suspension, different wheels and tyres, plus a price hike. Quite, but the increase is a mere 5bhp, taking the output of Nissan's 3.8-litre twin-turbo V6 from 473 to 478bhp. Nissan says the extra grunt comes from the fine tweaking of the electronics, though torque remains unchanged at 432lb ft.

Can you have too much of a good thing? McLaren clearly doesn't think so - it's unveiled the new P1 GTR model at the 2014 Pebble Beach concours d'elegance. They've take a 'regular' P1 and thrown the works at it.
Buyers seeking a blend of sportiness and luxury will get another choice in 2011: Mercedes confirmed this week it's adding a C-class coupe to its portfolio. The two-door will be built at the Mercedes plant in Bremen, Germany, where the C-class sedan, wagon and GLK are also assembled. The C-class coupe would fight the BMW 1-series, Cadillac CTS coupe and smaller Audis.
